Are you interested in Saginaw history and have a passion for genealogy?  Come join us for an evening with Dr. Jack Nash as he presents The Rings and the Nashes:  How Clark Lombard Ring's Legacy Shaped a Saginaw Family.  This upcoming lecture will explore how the story of Clark Lombard Ring and the Nash family intertwines, a powerful reflection of labor, loyalty, and legacy in the making of modern Saginaw.

Clark Lombard Ring was more than a prominent figure in Saginaw's past, he was a force of connection, enterprise, and community growth.  As the son of a lumber baron and a leader in uniting East Saginaw and Saginaw City in 1890, his influence reached far beyond business.

For the Nash family, that influence was personal.  Dr. Nash's grandparents worked within the Ring household, not simply as employees but as trusted members of his extended circle.  Through Mr. Ring's guidance and opportunity, the Nash family established deep roots in Saginaw, building a legacy that continues to shape our lives today.
